Just One Year by Penelope Ward My rating: 4 of 5 stars 3.5 stars I figured that this review was long overdue so here it is. Like I said before, I didn't even read the blurb before buying this book. All I saw was - new release, Penelope Ward and a hot cover, and I was a goner. What bugs me most is that I don't even know why I didn't I like this book so much. This is not the first book by Penelope I've read. I'm well aware of her epic writing style and seriously, I figuratively salivate for more from her. Roomhate, Stepbrother dearest, Neighbor dearest, Sins of Sevin, you name it, I've read it. And I loved them all too! The story starts with a sophomore year student, Teagen meeting with a freshman, foreign exchange student Caleb. Their first meeting had me laughing my ass off!
