Deviant King by Rina Kent My rating: 5 of 5 stars 5++ stars There is only one way to spell this book and that is AMAZING! I went for this book randomly and I'm pleased to say that it made to my favorite's list. The storyline was amazing. Aiden King *swoon* was the perfect anti hero. His unapologetic personality and confidence swept me off my feet! I loved him! Elsa was also the perfect heroine. She was resilient and smart and could hold her ground in pretty much every situation. I liked the other boys -Xander, Cole and Ronan. Well, Ronan a bit more than the others. (They all have HERO tattooed on their forehead) I do not want to give any spoilers but *gush* This was PERFECT! Will I read the next book? - YESS! Will I read other books from the author? - Yes again.

ARC Review - Rogue by Olivia Hayle

Rogue by Olivia Hayle My rating: 4 of 5 stars For more of my reviews, visit LaraBabbles Book Blog Rogue is a standalone novel by Olivia Hayley and it is absolutely amazing. I was very much intrigued by the blurb of the book but it was the cover that sold me. Turns out, judging the book by it's cover isn't so bad. This is a story of heartbreak and second chance love. Hayden Cole is a poor kid who comes to live in Paradise Shores with his Uncle Gary, who has scored a job with the Marchands, a rich family residing there. He is immediately befriended by Lily Marchand , the youngest Marchand kid. As they grow up together through their teenage years, a mutual crush starts developing between them. Through first kisses and foreign feelings, both Lily and Hayden fancy themselves in love with the other. It was very refreshing to read about their budding childhood love. But before ther feeings could blossom into something more, it is nipped at the bud stage. Lily and Hayden get i

ARC Review Shadow Man by Catherine Wiltcher

My rating: 5 out of 5 stars! Caution:- This review isn’t going to be much of a review but a fangirling gig on my part because there’s no way I can stop gushing about it until next year. Before I start, I have a confession to make. When I took on this ARC, my intentions weren’t pure towards Joseph. I was craving to have one on one time with Dante. ‘Tis the truth that I needed my Dante hit. Ohmigosh! I freaking loved this book!!! Joseph Grayson , a.k.a.,  Shadow  was first introduced in  Hearts of Darkness (Santiago Trilogy, Book 1) .{ For those who haven’t read the series, you don’t know what you’re missing out!} Joseph is the right hand man and brother-in-arms of Dante Santiago, ex-military, ex-cartel boss, wanted fugitive of law, sexy as fuck and....okay! Back to Joseph..Right! Finally, we get to peek inside the enigma that is Joseph Grayson. His character had always been a favorite of mine. His past is most heartbreaking. I had expected some tears but I was throat-blo

ARC Review- Charlie by Siobhan Davis

Blurb:- Demi Dropping out of college senior year was never part of my plan. But Dad needs me, and I’d move mountains for the only parent I’ve ever known—even working for the company that fired him. My boss, Charlie, is determined to make my life a living hell, availing of every opportunity to undermine my confidence, to humiliate and threaten me. Sleeping with him the night of his wedding might have something to do with his attitude. Or the fact I’m the spitting image of the woman he really wants. If our financial situation wasn’t so dire, I’d tell Charlie to stick his job up his delectable butt. But I’m trapped, and things are only getting worse. Because the more layers I uncover, the more I realize he is nothing l expected and everything I crave. Charlie If there was a manual for all the ways a person could mess up his life, it’d have my name written on it. I can’t undo the things I’ve done, no matter how badly I want to, and every day is a constant reminder of my epic failure. Espec

Review: The Devil's Plaything

The Devil's Plaything by Dani René My rating: 3 of 5 stars 3 stars Holy mother of all clichès!! That's right! This book was a epic hodgepodge of all the clichès ever known to criminal-hero-novel-reading womankind! I'm keeping this short and simple! Victor Cordero is the King of the freakin' Colombia (this shit alone is mentioned about 250 times in this book -- that's minus 1 star alone!!) and on his free time, he is just a cartel's boss (boring, I know!) He is hard, ruthless and cruel but only until our heroine appears!! Sofiá Montero is the daughter of one of Victor's men who was caught stealing from him. Now, we must know this that Victor never ever forgives anyone who steals from him, so after he finds this man and learns he has a daughter, he wants her as payment too. Long story short, Sofiá goes to Victor, sasses him, curses him to hell, resists his charm, blah blah blah and eventually falls in love with him. There

Review- Stealing Cinderella by A. Zavarelli

Review - Stealing Cinderella by A. Zavarelli Blurb: Every royal has their dirty little secret. His was… me. It should have been simple. Go to the ball, meet the prince, and secure his patronage for my favorite charity. But beneath the mask, the brooding beast of a man was not at all who I expected. He was dark and intense and eerily quiet. When I left, I could still feel the ghost of his touch branded into my skin. He haunted my dreams, but I never expected to see him again. Then he came for me. And he took me. And I learned that his darkness was a void I never could have conceived. He’s the crown prince of Norway. And, now, I’m his captive Goodreads rating : 4.21 out of 5. My rating : 4.5 out of 5 First of all, let's just say that this book exceeded every expectations that I had. I have this jinx that the book I'm actually excited about, 'most of the time' turns out to be mediocre or so bad that I have to tag it as dnf. My heart is literally feeling lig

Review: King of Lies

King of Lies by Whitney G. My rating: 4 of 5 stars View all my reviews

Cover reveal - Filthy Lawyer by Whitney G.

Cover reveal - Filthy Lawyer by Whitney G.!  Are you ready for another hot novel of Whitney G. Here's the new book!  Blurb:- Dear Miss Tanner, It's currently nine o'clock in the morning, which means you're already two & a half hours late for your first day of work at Hamilton & Associates. During your interview, you waxed poetic about your obsession with "being on time" and promised to be "one hundred percent accountable," but clearly, that's a goddamn lie. Then again, to be fair, I lied to you during your interview as well. I told you that it was nice to "meet" you, but I guess now is the time to admit that we've met before. You took my online class at Harvard, and you never turned in your final paper. Instead, you sent me a dirty list that was meant for your boyfriend: Things I Want You to Do to Me in The Bedroom. I gave you an 'A' for amusement, but for the record, if you have to beg a man to "go d
