I don't know why I kept putting this story on hold for so long. I'm a fan of Rina Kent after reading Deviant King. Luckily, this story didn't ruin that fact for me!
All the lies is the first part of the Lies & Truths duet. Just like Rina's protagonists, Asher Carson is more of an anti-hero . He was briefly introduced in the Epilogue scene of Twisted Kingdom.
Riena Ellis is an heiress to the Ellis fortune, single child whose mother died during childbirth....or so she is told.
The story starts with her waking up in a hospital after an accident, devoid of all her memories. As she tries to navigate through her old life, she is devastated to discover that she was a snobby, bitchy person who got off on hurting people and ruining lives.
She cannot, for the love of the Lord, begin to understand her previous behavior and add to top a fianceΓ© who is hell bent on hurting her for something she doesn't even remember.
Bad things keep on happening to Reina endangering her sanity. Also there is Grim Reaper out there who wants to take her life.
This was undoubtedly one of the darkest books I've read this year.
